Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for originating loan portfolios and ensuring timely repayments on a retail scale. Additionally, they will play a pivotal role in driving our micro-savings product.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships. Job
- Identify and acquire new clients through networking and outreach.
- Assess and process loan applications.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor loan portfolios and manage risks.
- Prepare reports on loan activities.
Qualification
- OND, HND or BSc in a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, loan processing or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of loan products
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
