HTA Media Production, a division of Honeytreat Trade Academy, is a dynamic and innovative media company focused on creating high-quality content across various platforms. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Media Production Manager to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about media production, sales, and operations management.
Responsibilities
- Media Production:** Oversee the end-to-end production process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
- Sales Solicitation:** Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, build relationships with clients, and secure partnerships for the media venture.
- Operations Management:** Manage the day-to-day operations of the media production team, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Team Leadership:** Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project success.
- Client Relations:** Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. Job
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in media production, sales, and operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
