The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) is negotiating with Herve Renard and Tom Sanfeit for the vacant Super Eagles position.
According to OgaNla Media, the NFF has requested that the two coaches provide “their financial terms.”
Renard has departed his position as head coach of the French national team.
He previously guided Zambia and Ivory Coast to Africa Cup of Nations titles in 2012 and 2015, respectively.
Renard also managed Morocco at the 2018 World Cup.
Sanfeit coached the Gambian national team from 2018 to 2024, and in 2022 and 2023, he was named one of Africa’s top five coaches.
The Eagles are without a head coach after Finidi George quit in June.
