Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate nurse to join our healthcare team. As a nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being and recovery of our patients. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of their health needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques
- Assist with medical procedures and ensure proper equipment and supplies are available
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean healthcare environment
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical assistance as needed
- Stay updated with current healthcare practices and advancements through continued education and professional development
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license and registration
- Proven experience as a nurse in a healthcare setting
- Sound knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent clinical skills and ability to handle emergencies with composure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Compassionate and empathetic approach toward patient care
- Proficient in using medical equipment and technology
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
