Job Description

  • Assist in the reconciliation
  • Assist in keeping updated records and files, also monitoring office car sheet and expenses made
  • Regular update of the office assets register. Job

Administrative Duties:

  • Providing support to the procurement activities
  • Coordinate repairs of office equipment.
  • Maintains stock list and manage supplies when needed.
  • Prepare minutes of the meetings for the office
  • Oversee the office stationeries, Scanning and Printing of documents in the office
  • Monitors and coordinate the transport department.
  • This includes team meetings and conveying information from senior management to the transport team. NYSC INTERN

Qualification

  • Minimum of B.Sc in Accounting or equivalent.
