Gabriel Dewan, the Speaker of the Plateau State House of Assembly, has sworn in nine of the state’s 16 All Progressives Congress (APC) MPs.
According to The Nation, the swearing-in took place early Friday in Jos, the state capital.
Reports have it that a member from Jos East was named Deputy Speaker of the Assembly.
