Job Description
As a Presales Specialist at CyberDome Nigeria Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by providing exceptional pre-sales support and expertise. You will work closely with our sales team, leveraging your technical knowledge and communication skills to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and craft compelling solutions that align with their business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings and value proposition.
- Assist in preparing proposals, RFPs, and other sales documentation.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.
- Contribute to product development and improvement by providing valuable feedback from customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a cybersecurity presales or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, etc.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering top-notch cybersecurity solutions.
- Relevant Cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
