Are you a motivated and dynamic professional with a passion for both sales and marketing? We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including calls and emails
- Present and promote our products/services to potential clients with enthusiasm and confidence.
- Tailor product/service offerings to address specific customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviours.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, sales activities, and lead progression using our CRM system.
- Exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute significantly to company revenue goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a related role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Persuasive and engaging demeanour with strong negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
- Fluency in English.
