    Job Description
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
 - Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
 - Build customer loyalty by demonstrating empathy, transparency, and consistency.
 - Process customers’ orders, and requests, and provide shipping information.
 - Track and document calls and sales.
 - Improve customer satisfaction by identifying the causes of dissatisfaction and creating improvement.
 - Provide effective resolutions to customers’ complaints about shipped goods or services.
 - Enhance productivity by having adequate knowledge about the organization’s services.
 - Record customer reviews to improve productivity and enhance sales and revenue growth.
 - Give weekly and monthly reports of job activities and spot improvements for job productivity.
 
Qualification
- Minimum of BSc or its equivalent in related fields.
 - Minimum of 2 years core in marketing role.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office.
