Job Description

Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
  • Build customer loyalty by demonstrating empathy, transparency, and consistency.
  • Process customers’ orders, and requests, and provide shipping information.
  • Track and document calls and sales.
  • Improve customer satisfaction by identifying the causes of dissatisfaction and creating improvement.
  • Provide effective resolutions to customers’ complaints about shipped goods or services.
  • Enhance productivity by having adequate knowledge about the organization’s services.
  • Record customer reviews to improve productivity and enhance sales and revenue growth.
  • Give weekly and monthly reports of job activities and spot improvements for job productivity.

Qualification

  • Minimum of BSc or its equivalent in related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years core in marketing role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
