About the job
We are in search of a skilled Social Media and Communications Officer who will be instrumental in elevating our brand’s visibility and reputation. This role involves managing our company’s social media profiles as well as those of high-level executives, with a focus on creating impactful brand narratives and engaging content. The ideal candidate will have experience in enhancing the personal brand of high-profile individuals, aligning it with the company’s communication and brand strategies
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic social media plan that promotes brand visibility and engagement, for both the company and key executives.
- Produce, edit, and distribute content that communicates our brand’s story and values across various social media platforms.
- Engage with online communities, responding to comments and feedback, and fostering positive relationships.
- Design visual elements for social media channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, public relations, and communications teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.
- Analyze social media performance, utilizing data to refine and adapt strategies.
- Stay current with social media trends and technologies, applying best practices to enhance our brand’s presence.
- Manage and respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with executive teams to develop and maintain their personal brand in alignment with company values.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Any other roles that may be assigned
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven track record in social media management, preferably with experience in managing the personal brand of high-profile individuals or executives.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful brand-building and community engagement initiatives.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with an eye for visual details. • Proficiency in social media analytics and tools
