Job Description
The Trade executive is a goal-oriented and proactive individual with great influencing skills to train, develop and motivate all sales personnel and merchandisers so that defined levels of service quality to trade accounts are achieved in the most professional and cost-effective way.
Responsibilities
- Developing new retail accounts in his assigned territory for business growth by building and managing customer relationships
- Driving retailer adoption of Client’s platform for business development.
- Conducting effective sales call at each outlet as per the coverage plan
- Ensuring optimal in-store merchandising to maximize share of shelf
- Managing best basket mix for stock ordering with aim to increase share of stock
- Negotiating Joint business plans from GMV target locking to in-store execution plan
- Leveraging customers by offering and influencing customers on products / services
- Proactively coordinating with various functions to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Ensuring goal achievement as per company objectives
Qualification
- At least 1 year experience ideally in a customer/client-facing role.
- Understand retail business dynamics for driving business growth
- Strong analytics to identify and plan the right product and volume mix
- Excellent communication skills with good listening and problem solving
- Disciplined and proactive in managing assigned tasks
- Tech savvy – mobile technology (Android phone and Mobile Apps).
