We seek to hire an adept Personal Assistant for our CEO.
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Mid-level
- Experience Length:2 years
Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
- Organize meetings, circulate minutes & follow up.
- Coordinate with HR for related activities.
- Follow up with the action on delegated tasks.
- Manage C.E.O’s calendar and record keeping.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support as required.
Personal Assistant Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity
- Must be between the ages of 28 – 35 years.
- Experience in HR and Administrative duties.
- Excellent Secretarial and Office skills, highly computer literate with working knowledge in MS Office, Internet, E-mail, Zoom/MS Teams with the ability to layout documents competently.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to prepare analytical reports for management decision-making.
- Must reside close to Ojodu Berger, Lagos State, or its environs.
