We seek to hire an adept Personal Assistant for our CEO.

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma
  • Experience Level: Mid-level
  • Experience Length:2 years

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Organize meetings, circulate minutes & follow up.
  • Coordinate with HR for related activities.
  • Follow up with the action on delegated tasks.
  • Manage C.E.O’s calendar and record keeping.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide support as required.
Personal Assistant Requirements:
  • Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity
  • Must be between the ages of 28 – 35 years.
  • Experience in HR and Administrative duties.
  • Excellent Secretarial and Office skills, highly computer literate with working knowledge in MS Office, Internet, E-mail, Zoom/MS Teams with the ability to layout documents competently.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prepare analytical reports for management decision-making.
  • Must reside close to Ojodu Berger, Lagos State,  or its environs.
