Sani Mustapha, the new commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Zamfara, has issued a warning to staff members about the dangers of sexually assaulting citizens.
The Commandant issued the warning on Friday when he assumed charge of the command in Gusau.
However, the Commandant urged the staff to be strong and professional in the performance of their responsibilities while also cautioning them against extortion.
He vowed to use every ounce of his ability and power to rid the state of criminal activity, including all sorts of insecurity.
Therefore, Mustapha asked for the staff’s assistance in making the state secure.
