Job Description
As an Oracle Clouds delivery manager, you will be responsible for:

- Managing successful Project \ Program outcomes and driving delivery in the Public Sector.
- Driving application modernization and digital transformation using Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies (ERP, EPM, HCM, Payroll, Analytics).
- Ensuring appropriate governance, standards, methodologies, accelerators, and quality metrics are applied and adhered to throughout project delivery.
- Driving presales and business development to expand an existing business, including written bid responses and formal presentations.
- Motivating and empowering teams to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned with Version 1 Core Values.
Qualifications
- Experience in leading and overseeing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Public Sector
- Experience in complex application modernization and digital transformation using Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies (ERP, EPM, HCM, Payroll, Analytics) or other similar products (Workday, Microsoft, SAP, etc) in either a client-side or consulting side role.
- Experience in managing and leading large/complex delivery teams and effective stakeholder management within multi-pillar \ multi-department engagements
- Evidence of being able to communicate and negotiate effectively and credibly. Strong commercial awareness and sound comprehension of project challenges, particularly in a multi-pillar \ multi-department environment.
