MERCHANT ONBOARDING SPECIALIST – Job Description
The Merchant Onboarding Specialists will be responsible for selling our payment solutions directly to businesses, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline of potential clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fintech industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of the payments industry and market trends
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
