Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
- Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects
- Closes new business deals by developing and negotiating contracts
- Locates potential business deals and exploresFamiliarize opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies for new services
- Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Review clients’ feedback and implement necessary changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, or any1-year related field in Social and management science
- Minimum of 1-year Experience in the sales industry
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- We prefer candidates with CRM experience.
