Senior Java Developer At Baltic Amadeus
Job Description
As a key team member, your primary responsibility will be to drive the back-end development using the latest and most innovative technology stack available.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications using Java and other related technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software applications meet business requirements and customer needs
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in Java development
- Strong experience in Java 8 or higher, Spring Framework, and Hibernate/JPA
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in working with different environments, including Linux and Windows
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Guide and mentor other team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to facilitate their professional growth
