Job Description
This is a key role, working with the Digital Marketing Manager in the delivery of the SMS HEG’s Nigeria Student Recruitment Strategy, with a particular and immediate focus on increasing brand awareness through Digital marketing campaigns. The post holder has the responsibility of maximizing the ROIs marketing campaigns; optimizing online search and navigation and understanding customer journey to create a frictionless experience. Additionally, the post holder should possess a strong understanding of Meta Business suite; is willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved in a wide variety of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Devise and analyze innovative online promotions to help drive incremental sales and profit. Work with our in-house teams to market our services and increase brand awareness.
- Identify opportunities to create landing pages and content to benefit customer journeys, then work with the relevant colleagues to put these in place. Monitor the use of these pages to help optimize their content.
- Spot opportunities to improve site search and navigation, and get the changes implemented to benefit both customer and business.
- Work to enhance the customer experience by improving website functionality and eliminating barriers to conversion. Devise A/B tests of page content and functionality then analyze the results to drive improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate performance against agreed targets and timely reporting of progress of results and outcomes
- Identify and tap into new consumer markets in Nigeria, whilst maintaining brand visibility through the company’s social media profiles.
- Develop, and lead the Marketing campaigns by structuring the activities and deliver results in line with operational budget constraints. Provide clear objectives and monitor performance against these
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns with associated targets and KPIs
Qualification
- An academic degree in a relevant field (Ideally marketing) or relevant work experience.
- A digital marketing qualification is desirable, but the hands-on digital ability is more important
- Must have a good working knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEOs.
- Able to use initiative to conduct market research and generate new ideas and videos
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; evidence of having written engaging content for the web
- The ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization contributing proactively to problem-solving in meetings and workshops
- Logical, methodical, and detail-oriented approach to solve complex problems and extract key insights from data
- Willing to undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, with a meticulous approach
- Adaptable, comfortable with change, and willing to continuously learn and improve your skills
