Responsibilities
- Level 2 support for client issues.
- Remote support of hardware and software.
- System support for servers, virtualization, and email environments.
- In depth problem solving for servers and systems.
- Project implementation task work.
- Detailed documentation within service tickets on issue steps and resolution.
- Excellent customer service on the phone, via email and in person.
Qualification
- At least 2 years of systems administration experience in an enterprise environment.
- At least 2 years’ experience working with systems support, configuration, and management.
- Experience with multiple enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft Server, Windows Operating Systems, file shares, printers and copiers, phone systems, Exchange, basic network support, desktop hardware support.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
- Healthcare experience preferred; long-term healthcare support experience is a plus.
