Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of sales-driven strategies that will generate leads, drive sales, enhance liquidity, increase revenue generation, and facilitate overall growth for the company. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of successful sales management experience, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and a strong ability to mentor and motivate a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive sales-driven business strategies to generate and convert leads, drive sales, and revenue generation, enhance liquidity through the investment product, and overall growth for the company.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success.
  • Set clear sales objectives and KPIs, regularly monitoring performance and providing feedback for improvement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base and market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth opportunities with.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends to make informed decisions and drive innovation.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge to communicate the value proposition to customers effectively.
  • Implement and optimize sales processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in successful sales management, preferably in Financial Services/FinTech.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Results-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
