Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the audience.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in social media marketing to ensure the company’s social media presence remains innovative and relevant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, communications, and design, to align social media efforts with overall brand strategy.
- Monitor industry conversations, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
- Utilize social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, to create and manage paid social media campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to leverage their reach and enhance brand visibility.
- Stay informed about legal and ethical guidelines for social media marketing to ensure compliance.
Qualification
- B.Sc. / HND and M.Sc.from a recognized university in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in social media marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
- 5 – 7 years work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms for businesses, preferably in the FMCG, Retail and FINTECH industries and on similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns, content creation, and community management.
