Job Description

Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in need of recruitment and talent advisory services. Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients to Talentsquare.

Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in need of recruitment and talent advisory services. Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients to Talentsquare.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their hiring needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline.
  • Client Presentations: Create compelling presentations and proposals to showcase Talentsquare’s services and value proposition. Effectively communicate how our firm can address client needs.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Use market insights to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Consistently deliver results that drive revenue growth.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition of client requirements and expectations. Maintain open lines of communication with internal teams.
  • Client Retention: Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their evolving needs and proposing relevant solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the recruitment or HR services industry or Health Managed Services (HMO).
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with Yaba and the local business community is a plus.
  • Prior experience working on a commission-based compensation structure is an advantage.
