Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Idowu Owohunwa, has unveiled shocking details surrounding the death of late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad. Owohunwa, during a Friday press briefing, disclosed that Mohbad started vomiting and developed goosebumps after being injected three times by nurse Feyisayo Ogedemgbe on September 12, 2023.
The police chief provided preliminary findings from the investigation into the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s tragic demise. He mentioned that a total of 26 witnesses have been interviewed as part of the ongoing inquiry.
According to Owohunwa, Mohbad was brought lifeless to the hospital, where doctors, on duty that day, certified him dead on September 12. The nurse, Feyisayo Ogedemgbe, had reportedly been invited by Mohbad’s friend, Ayobami Sodiq, also known as Spending, to administer three injections at the singer’s residence. These injections are believed to have triggered a series of adverse reactions that ultimately led to Mohbad’s death.
“Mohbad began vomiting and developed goosebumps after the injections,” Owohunwa stated, highlighting the concerning chain of events that unfolded after the medical intervention. The investigation is ongoing as authorities seek to unravel the full details surrounding the tragic incident.
