We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth and new business development.
- Conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Network and build relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve targets and drive growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Developing and managing promotional activities, campaigns, and events, collaborating with the marketing team to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in the sanitary pad industry, including product development, marketing trends, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and advancement.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- 2+ years experience in business development, sales, or related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
