Job Description

To drive the adoption of our Sentiprotect solution among Commercial Banks, Microfinance Banks, Fintechs, Lenders, and Retailers.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients or leads through various sources such as cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the company’s products or services.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to close sales deals, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to achieve collective goals and strategies.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in selling services in the financial sector is a significant advantage and at least 2 years experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated.
