Actively engaging in sourcing for candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engaging in sourcing for candidates.
  • Screening and scheduling candidates for interview.
  • Conducting pre-interview screenings majorly through phone calls.
  • Conducting interviews with selected candidates.
  • Promoting candidates experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Identifying hiring needs.
  • Crafting of job descriptions and requirements.
  • Posting of job adverts on social media platforms and job websites.
  • Following up with hires.
  • Participating in all recruitment related activities.

Qualification

  • B.Sc./HND in any relevant discipline
  • At least 2 Years of post NYSC experience in recruitment.
  • Good Communication (written and Verbal) Skills.
  • Advanced interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems.

Location: Lagos State, Nigeria.
