Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and FinTech-driven business development manager with working experience in the Telcos commercial department to join our highly skilled and passionate team at Motobills.
Responsibilities
- Foster new relationships with Telecommunication companies and onboard them on Motobills.
- Creating strategic development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
- Maintain an expert level of understanding of the platform, products, and financial mathematics
- Researching, planning, overseeing, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to ensure those goals are met.
- Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels
- Achieving financial targets, increasing brand awareness and visibility rate.
- Growth and maintenance of user database.
- Partnership with third-party companies and institutions.
- Customer satisfaction and retention of existing users.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new partnership opportunities.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and user needs.
- Continuous implementation of strategies to increase the number of users/revenue.
Qualification
- Customer relationship management.
- People management and business acumen.
- Ability to identify opportunities.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager or similar role.
- Working experiences in Telecommunications or any related company is an added advantage.
- Excellent Research and Development skills.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to apply the importance of audience segmentation for business advancement.
- Ability to take initiative and target driven.
- highly interested in Telcos / Fintech /or financial services.
- Strong communication skills and understanding of IT processes.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
