Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for fintech and a track record of success? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Sales Representative to join our innovative fintech platform. As a key player in our international sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. If you possess the following qualities, we want to hear from you:

Qualifications

Minimum 5 Years of Sales Experience:

  • Proven success in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of international sales experience, preferably within the fintech industry.

Language Proficiency:

  • Ability to speak English fluently with a British accent. Effective communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with our diverse global clientele.

Crypto Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of cryptocurrency concepts and trends. A strong interest in staying informed about developments in the crypto space.

Written Communication Skills:

  • Proficient in written English with strong attention to detail. The ability to compose professional and persuasive written communications is crucial for this role.

Mathematical Proficiency:

  • Basic mathematical skills and the ability to perform simple arithmetic calculations. This is important for handling financial transactions and supporting clients with numerical inquiries.

Fintech Background:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the fintech industry. Familiarity with fintech products, services, and platforms.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a related field. Additional certifications in sales or finance are a plus.

Highly Organized:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Prioritize and follow through on leads, customer inquiries, and support issues.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

  • Engage with potential clients online, showcasing our fintech solutions and addressing inquiries.

Communication:

  • Schedule and conduct video or audio calls with prospective customers to discuss our products and services.

Follow-up:

  • Provide timely and effective follow-up on sales inquiries and support issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales support team to address customer concerns and provide assistance.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting and analysis.

Location: Lagos State, Nigeria Hybrid.
