The Ondo State Executive Council is now meeting at the executive chamber of the governor’s office in the state’s Alagbaka Akure area.
The meeting was presided over by the state’s deputy governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, who returned to the state on Wednesday.
The meeting comes after President Bola Tinubu met with state stakeholders last Friday in an attempt to address the state’s political turmoil.
The Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Olamide Oladiji, stated that all parties agreed to maintain the status quo.
