Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has said that his government is committed to improving the state’s commercial and economic climate.

Governor Adeleke stated this during the closing ceremony of the 2023 Osun trade expo, which was hosted at Aje International Market in Ido-Osun.

The governor, who was represented by the Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Bunmi Jenyo, said that the current administration’s commitment to industrialising the state was unwavering, since the fair had opened a new frontier for the state.

He said:

“I am extending an invitation to investors in the area of agriculture, mining, technology, innovation, small and medium scale industries to come to Osun.”

Dr Olu Olujide, President of the Osun State Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines, and Agriculture, OSUCCIMA, in response, stated that the 2023 Trade Fair was a great opportunity to learn that Osun State’s industrialization programme was attainable but required the joint efforts of all stakeholders.
