Job Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and executive support, managing expense reports, and facilitating communication between executives and clients. This role is located in Lagos, Nigeria, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience in managing expense reports
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in providing executive support
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role in a consulting firm is a plus
