Job Description
The Business Operations Team is at the forefront of shaping global operational excellence at Hugo. As a leader in this team, you will report directly to the COO, and play a critical role in the build-out, standardization, and laying the groundwork for automating key operational processes across all our lines of business and geographic sites.
Responsibilities
- Process design and optimization: Map out key business processes end-to-end, identify opportunities to streamline and automate. Implement systems to enable rapid scalability and alignment with the strategic needs of the business.
- Analyses and problem-solving: Define operational metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Creatively solve for bottlenecks and risks to day-to-day operations.
- Project and change management: Coordinate and partner with multiple stakeholders to ensure on-time project delivery. Design and execute strategy and communications to maximize adoption.
- Performance and compliance tracking: Outline success requirements, monitor progress, and build scorecards for new projects. Audit process adherence and escalate issues.
Qualification
- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in STEM
- 3 – 4 years of experience in
- A top-tier management consulting firm (with projects in operations / implementation)
- Product operations in Big Tech / large startups
- Process design and PM in a Fortune 500
- Exposure to design-thinking, process-mapping, and deriving actionable insights from data/findings
- Track record of ruthless prioritization, multitasking, implementing systems and managing change
- Excellent structured communication skills
