Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Estate Facility Manager located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The role involves ensuring the efficient operation of the real estate assets of our clients. You will oversee the daily operations of multiple properties, supervise maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations. You will also liaise with contractors and ensure their compliance with the Facility Management Agreements.

Qualifications

• A degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, business administration or a related field
• PMP certification is a plus.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in Facility Management
• Sound knowledge of groundskeeping management and operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and supervise a team of contractors.
• Working knowledge of building systems, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other FM software tools is a plus.
• The ability to be on call at all times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
