Through an Instagram post featuring a photo of her wearing a bandage, she reflected on the fragility of life, expressing thanks to God for sparing her. Nkechi shared that what happened to her mother in the past almost occurred to her, but God intervened, affirming that it was not her turn.
There is indeed a thin line between life and death, but I stay THANKFUL to GOD that I came out alive and strong. What took my mother in a flash almost happened to me a few days ago, but GOD said NO, it’s not your turn… I stand on the altar of God Almighty and say Back to sender to the plan of the devil. Because I, Nkechi Blessing Sunday, shall not die but live to declare the good works of the Lord.”
In a subsequent post, Nkechi announced that her upcoming birthday on February 14th would be particularly special as God gave her a second chance. She expressed gratitude for the miraculous escape from the recent incident and mentioned the significance of her birthday celebration this year.
