Job Description
Key role in the elaboration of marketing plans and implementation of marketing activities for all products related to Accessories business unit in a defined group of countries, specifically promotions and new product launches.
Responsibilities
- Key role in elaboration of marketing-plans and implementation of marketing activities for all products related to Accessories business unit in a defined group of countries, specifically promotions and new product launches.
- Management of the 5 Marketing P’s per brand together with the local sales organizations.
- Follow-up on focus activities which are set in line with the regional sales- and marketing strategy to support and develop business in country.
- Regional Brand management in Africa region for one specific business unit.
- Roll-out of marketing strategy for this business unit in the relevant region in cooperation with brand management team.
- Participation in Regional brand manager meetings of the specific Business Units.
Qualifications
- Graduate in business administration (MBA helpful) with emphasis on marketing
- Minimum 4 years of business experience, (cross functional team experience and experience in channel management are a plus)
- Excellence in Execution, analytical, organized, systematic, self-motivation, computer literate;
- Persuasive, ability to lead people, customer oriented.
- Fluent in English
- Availability to travel regularly to assigned states
