Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, and training
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee inquiries related to benefits
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and company culture-building activities
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Assist in HR reporting and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
- Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
