Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Strategic Partnerships Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with strategic partners to identify opportunities for collaboration and develop joint value propositions.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies, builds, and grows new business partnerships for QContact within new territories.
  • Regularly interacts with channel partners on a regular basis to understand the needs of their business as well as the needs of their clients.
  • Provides ongoing training and support to partners where necessary, to increase partner and customer retention.
  • Maintains channel partner relationships doing regular reviews to ensure the partnership is working for all parties.
  • Leads the implementation of continuous improvement opportunities to improve partnership management processes.
  • Acts as the liaison for partners, proactively identifying and solving partner issues and challenges.
  • Develops KPIs that measure the performance of partners ensuring that are a good fit.

Qualification

  • You have a minimum 5 years-experience working within sales or business development specifically in the Telecoms or Contact Centre Software industries.
  • You should know the key players in the contact centre and telecoms world in your country and have existing relationships with partners and vendors you can rely on to start building a base.
  • You have previously worked in a similar role and have a proven track record developing and maintaining successful strategic partnerships.
  • You have strong Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills.
  • You have strong analytical and planning skills, and you can easily identify potential new partnerships that align with QContact’s goals and objectives.
  • You enjoy building and maintaining relationships with both potential partners and industry contacts.
  • You have excellent communication skills to effectively engage and manage partners.
  • You have a results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving business goals.
  • You have a strong understanding of contact centre software, and you understand the industry.
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • You have excellent project management skills.
  • You are a natural problem solver.
  • You must be fluent in English.
  • You have the permanent right to work in Nigeria without visas or sponsorships.
