Job Description
Build mutually beneficial relationships with educational institutions which is a critical sector for our growth strategy in Nigeria and ensure that this sector contributes to our total annual revenue.
Responsibilities
Business Development (50%)
- Develop relationships with important tertiary institutions by aligning their syllabus with the CIMA syllabus.
- Contribute to the actualisation of the annual revenue target for Nigeria by 40% from this sector.
- Contribute to the actualization of annual student’s growth targets for Nigeria by 50% from this sector.
- Drive uptake of the Astar pathway in tertiary institutions and with graduates that fall within the target market.
- Guide uptake of the academic pathway with academics.
- Drive the sales of our PCGs (Promote Competency Globally) with academics in tertiary institutions.
- Seek partnerships with Business Schools in Nigeria to sell and teach the CIMA Diploma in Performance Management in Nigeria.
- Grows uptake of the Certificate in Business Accounting and Diploma in Performance Management with school leavers.
- Create a visible presence through face-to-face presentations at tertiary institutions.
Customer Services (25%)
- Ensure that The Association’s profile is enhanced through their interactions with all customers and potential customers by ensuring a is consistent. delievered through every customer interaction.
- Provide support to customers via several multimedia channels.
- Receive enquiries and provide information about CIMA and the CIMA qualification to prospective and existing customers.
- Keep current with any changes that might improve the customer.
- Conduct pre/post lapsing and exam encouragement campaigns.
- Influence potential CIMA students and assist with the student acquisition targets.
- May provide guidance and training to government program intern.
Operations (25%)
- Ensure efficient running of office operations including petty cash, payment processing and lending effective administrative support to the office.
- Coordinate the daily reconciliations of funds received in the local bank account with regional finance and account receivable department.
- Receive and manage correspondence between office and external team members.
- Plan and coordinates all branch and office events.
Qualification
- Degree level/business qualification or qualified through relevant depth of experience.
- Experience working within a college/university, offering support to perspective students within a customer-focused organization.
- Experienced at B2B Account Management with a experience with success in selling intangible benefits.
