Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and resourceful individuals to join our team as Field Representatives on a contract basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct fieldwork to gather and compile a comprehensive database of pharmacies in various areas within Lagos State. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and expansion of our pharmaceutical business.
Responsibilities
Database Development:
- Conduct on-the-ground research to identify and document pharmacies in designated areas of Lagos State.
- Gather relevant information, including contact details, operating hours, and key personnel.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the collected data.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with pharmacy owners, managers, and staff.
- Clearly communicate the purpose of data collection and the benefits of inclusion in our database.
Data Entry and Reporting:
- Enter collected data into the company’s database or designated software accurately.
- Prepare regular progress reports and updates for the project manager.
Compliance and Ethics:
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines and legal requirements during data collection.
- Represent the company in a professional and responsible manner at all times.
Problem Solving:
- Address any challenges or obstacles encountered during fieldwork promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the project manager to find innovative solutions to improve data collection processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is a plus.
- Previous experience in fieldwork, data collection, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, follow guidelines, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using smartphones or tablets for data entry and reporting.
