Responsibilities

  1. Client Acquisition:
    • Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients within the hospitality sector.
    • Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our software solutions.

  2. Market Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to contribute insights for product enhancements.
    • Analyze the needs and pain points of potential clients to tailor solutions that align with their business goals.

  3. Relationship Building:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the hospitality industry.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
  4. Sales Strategy:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Work closely with the leadership team to refine sales tactics and explore new business opportunities.

  5. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Create and maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts.
    • Generate regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  1. Experience:
    • Proven track record in sales and business development, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
    • Prior experience in selling software solutions, preferably in the hospitality or SaaS industry.

  2. Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  3. Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in basic office tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, and similar software.
    • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and software solutions.
  4. Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
