PROJECT MANAGEMENT ENGINEER-VACANCY AT BLUECHIPS TECHNOLOGIES

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely updates with the project team.
• Supervise the project execution team, ensuring smooth operations and timely closure of tasks.

Technical Wizardry:

• Showcase a robust understanding of current infrastructure concepts, managing networks, servers, virtualization, storage, and data centers.
• Lead projects, coordinate teams, and resolve issues effectively in a high-paced, ITIL environment.

Documentation Maestro:

• Ensure seamless handover of projects to operations with detailed documentation and drawings.
• Manage deliverable estimation, resource allocation, and utilization for efficient project execution.

Analytical Powerhouse:

• Identify project goals and define activities necessary to achieve objectives.
• Manage projects within agreed financials/budgets and conduct change throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with all stakeholders, establishing strong working relations.
• Participate actively in the Workforce Plan and reviews, resolving conflicts and ensuring cross-functional team follow-through.

Performance Maestro:

• Run regular internal project reviews, providing feedback on project delivery performance to management.
• Participate in Change Advisory Board, major Incident, and Problem reviews.

Qualification

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• PMP or Scrum Master Certification is an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of post NYSC work experience in the Telco and Tech industry.
