Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads to drive positive company sales results through cross-selling and upselling.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet individual and future sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
- Maintain member accounts/data.
- Make cold calls or reach out to members.
- Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective members.
- Constantly develop knowledge and understanding of products in order to support members.
- Understand our members by learning about and satisfying their needs.
- Handle member complaints to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Qualification
- Minimum degree acquired from a reputable university.
- Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or other Sales/Member service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Finance/FMCG/Telecom/Insurance/Renewable Energy Industry is preferred, however.
- The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand members’ needs.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must be based in Yaba, or surrounding areas.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
