Job Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and negotiating contracts.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and new markets.
- Generate leads through various prospecting methods.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to ensure favorable outcomes.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for business growth.
- Track and analyze sales and business development activities, providing regular reports to management.
Qualification
- B.Sc Degree / HND.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Professional Certification is an added advantage.
