Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Lagos. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, managing production schedules and planning, and ensuring effective communication within the production team. Your role will also involve production management and ensuring quality control.

• Excellent communication skills
• Production management experience
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in the paint industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
