Renowned Nigerian singer and record label boss, Don Jazzy, recently took to Instagram to assert his dominance in the realm of music production.

In a series of slides, he reminded Nigerians of his prodigious talent by showcasing some of the iconic songs he has produced throughout his illustrious career.

The journey down memory lane began with “Why Me” by D’Banj, a classic track from their Mo’Hits Records era, highlighting their fruitful collaboration before their eventual fallout and subsequent reconciliation. Next up was the chart-topping hit “Oliver Twist,” also by D’Banj, which gained international recognition, partly due to a cameo by Kanye West in the music video.

Continuing the showcase of his diverse production prowess, Don Jazzy featured “The Kick” by Wande Coal, another Mo’Hits Records alum who has since carved out a successful solo career. The nostalgic vibes persisted with “Whine Am Well” by Ikechukwu, a mid-2000s club anthem that captivated audiences with its infectious rhythm.
