Job Description
The Executive Office Manager with be required to provide administrative support to the Group Director (ROA) in Nigeria (Lagos) to ensure smooth management of their day-to-day affairs. Ensure general office and facilities management.
Responsibilities
- Providing efficient support to the Group Director (ROA)
- Attending regular meetings
- Effectively planning, organising and time management
- Managing the Group Director’s diary
- Ensuring that all documentation and communication are constantly well drafted
- Prepare, compile and complete minutes and reports for the Group Director (ROA)
- Manage all office administration, events, co-ordinate office and building maintenance
- Attend marketing meetings, ensure marketing brochures and materials are updated
- Collaborating with People & Culture team for local people & culture initiatives
Experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in Administration, PA experience, Secretarial course and Previous experience as an Office Administrator would be an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/HND with a minimum of a Second Class Lower/Lower Credit in Business Administration.
- Have a minimum of five credits in WASSCE Ordinary Level/NECO subjects or acceptable equivalent examination, including English Language in one sitting.
