Job Description
This is a full-time Sales Executive role at Landshop. The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring customers, converting leads into sales, and maintaining client relationships. The day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting property tours, negotiating sales contracts, and providing excellent customer service. This is a hybrid role, with the primary location based in Lekki, but some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the real estate industry
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Experience in a sales or customer service role
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Knowledge of land development, property value appreciation mortgage process or agriculture will be a plus
- Being multi-lingual will be an added advantage.
- Experience and evidence of successfully brokering individual or corporate sales deals will be a plus.
