Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Technical Engineer at Brentwood Multiservices Global Limited. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for performing technical tasks and troubleshooting issues related to the company’s systems and infrastructure. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, provide technical support to end-users, and ensure the smooth operation of the company’s technology infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of POS and Electronic repairs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
