Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a woodwork workshop manager located in Yaba, Lagos. The Workshop Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day workshop operations, managing the workshop team, coordinating workshop schedules and resources, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe and organized workshop environment.

- Knowledge and experience in workshop management
- Technical skills and proficiency in woodworking tools and techniques
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in the furniture factory or woodworking industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Wood Technology or related field
